Your driver's license and ID need to be verified before you can pay for a booking, so there's no risk of paying and then being unable to complete the rental. Upload them once from your account and you're set for future bookings too.
A valid driver's license, a national ID, and proof of address. Upload all three from your account's Documents page. Our staff will review and approve them, usually within a business day. This needs to be done before you can check out.
Right at checkout: pick your vehicle and dates, and you'll be taken straight to Paystack's secure checkout page. It accepts card, bank transfer, or mobile money. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
All rentals are picked up and returned to our head office: Dzorwulu, Osu Badu St, Accra.
Yes, from your account, up until your booking is active and paid. After that, contact us directly. Please note cancellations are final and non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Damage Policy for full details.
A refueling charge applies based on how much fuel is missing. See the Cancellation & Damage Policy for the exact amounts.
We record the vehicle's condition at both pickup and return. Any new damage is charged based on the actual repair cost, though normal wear and tear isn't charged.
